Ethnography, simply stated, is the study of people in their own environment through the use of methods such as participant observation and face-to-face interviewing. Ethnographic market research helps companies understand the consumer in terms of cultural trends, lifestyle factors, attitudes and how social context influences product selection and usage. This workshop we will work on ethnographic research methodologies and and how to use the output in our daily business.
